Frequently Asked Questions
What is your shipping Policy?
I ship primarily FedEx and UPS, but occasionally USPS. Smaller sizes ship free of charge, but large artwork will be subject to additional shipping cost. 96" panoramas, for instance, are subject to oversize fees, and sometimes they must be shipped via truck freight, so the additional fee for them is currently around $400. I ship within 2 or 3 days if I have the art in stock. If I have to order your piece, it can take 2 to 3 weeks, but sometimes longer with current "supply chain" issues. I use low volume, high quality labs, and they are not as fast as automated robot-run printmaking facilities. Quality is my #1 goal.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
If you are unhappy with your artwork for any reason, I will exchange it at no charge to you, or refund the purchase price.
How do I care for my prints?
Simply wipe canvases with a damp cloth. To avoid scratching metal prints, use a microfiber cloth and a non-ammonia cleaner. For acrylic prints, the use of an acrylic cleaner is recommended.
How long will my prints last?
All my prints are made with archival inks. Labs that test such things predict 90--120 years before noticeable fading.
